Child ticket price
– Children under 5 years old: no service fee, parents take care of the children and pay the incurred expenses (for services charged according to height…). Two adults can only accompany 1 child under 5 years old, the 2nd child will pay the prescribed fee for the age from 5 to under 12 years old and surcharge for a single room. Tickets for flights, trains and public transport are purchased according to the regulations of the transport units.
– Children from 5 years old to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (without separate bed mode). Two adults can only accompany one child from 5 to under 12 years old, the second child or more must buy a single bed.

Payment terms

Conditions for tour registration
– For Vietnamese Nationals: When going on tour Children from 14 years old and adults need to bring original valid ID/Passport, clear picture (ID card has a validity period of not more than 15 years, counting from the date of issue) / Original birth certificate (children under 14 years old), children over 14 years old are required to have ID card or Passport to check-in.
– For Foreigners/Overseas Vietnamese: When going on tour, you must bring a full original Passport with an expiry date or green card with Visa and Vietnam re-export paper for boarding procedures.
– When registering for the tour, please bring the original ID/Passport or provide the correct full name, correct each character on the ID/Passport/Birth certificate (children under 14 years old) according to the order: Full name/middle name/first name. When registering to provide your name with any identification, when you go on a tour, you must bring that identification document according to airline regulations
– In case you provide the wrong name, and arrive late for your flight, please bear the fee for changing tickets or buying new tickets according to the regulations of the Airline (if the flight has seats).
– In case you fly with Vietjet and Jetstar airlines, the ticket is non-refundable, non-removable, change, cancel, the wrong name will lose 100% according to airline regulations. Children’s airfare is 100% equal to adults.
– In case you fly Vietnam Air. Promotional airfares are non-refundable, non-changeable, and cancelling, wrong name will lose 100% according to airline regulations. Vietnam Airlines tickets do not fly out, automatically cancel the return leg. Children’s airfares are 75% of adult tickets.
– Fares and flight times are subject to change by Airline (Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Jetstar) without prior notice.
– Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without notice. Depending on the actual situation, the Program and attractions can flexibly change the order of points in accordance with actual flight time and weather conditions.
– Newlandtravel will not be responsible for securing the attractions in the case of:
+ Occurrence of natural disasters: floods, storms, droughts, earthquakes…
+ Security incidents: epidemics, terrorism, protests
+ Aviation incidents: technical problems, security, flight relocation, cancellation, delay.
– If the above cases occur, Newlandtravel will consider refunding the cost of not visiting for guests in possible conditions (after deducting the services performed… and not responsible for any additional compensation for any other expenses).
– After you have done airline check-in and received your boarding pass, please keep it carefully and pay attention to boarding on time. Newlandtravel is not responsible in case the passenger loses his boarding pass and fails to board the plane on time as specified by the Airline.
– Hotel check-in time: after 14:00 and check-out before 12:00
– Hotel/resort rooms may not be close to each other, not on the same floor, room types with one double bed or two single beds are not required, depending on the actual situation of each hotel/resort.
– In case you join the tour for 1 person, it is mandatory to pay an additional surcharge for a single room to stay in a separate room. In case the group also has guests travelling alone, of the same sex and wishing to share a room with you, Newlandtravel will refund the single room surcharge for you.
– In case you travel in a group of 03 guests, Newlandtravel will provide 01 room for 03 guests, which is 01 large bed of 1m6 and 01 portable extra bed from 0.8 – 1.2m (extra bed) or 01 single mattress depending on the hotel/resort. In case you have a need to stay separately, please pay an additional single room surcharge as prescribed
– Luggage information when going on tour: Hand-carried under 7kg / 1 guest – Size no more than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm, liquid with a volume not exceeding 100ml. Consignment: 20kg/1 guest – Size no more than 119cm x 119cm x 81cm. Items are not accepted as checked baggage or carried in baggage according to aviation regulations
– Gathering information: At Tan Son Nhat airport, Domestic departure terminal, 2 hours before flight time (applicable weekdays), 2 hours and 30 minutes before (for Tet, holidays), in column 4 in case of Vietjet flights, at column 10 in case of flights with Vietnam and Jetstar airlines.
– Guests under 18 years old when on tour must be accompanied by parents or relatives over 18 years old. In case of travelling alone, must be authorized by Parents (certified by local authorities) for Newlandtravel
– Female guests from 55 years old and above and male guests from 60 years old: should be accompanied by relatives under 55 years old (with full health) to accompany and submit a medical examination certificate, certified healthy enough to travel by a doctor + Commitment letter of health according to the prescribed form of the company. For safety reasons, you are limited and do not accept guests from 80 years of age or older. Guests over 80 years old do not have insurance.
– If you are pregnant, please inform the tour staff at the time of registration. Note that you must consult a doctor before going on a tour. Commit to being responsible for your own health and that of your unborn baby during the travel program.
– If you need to issue an invoice, please provide invoice information to the tour sales staff when you register, do not receive invoices after the tour has ended.

Note when transferring/cancelling tour
After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the tour transfer/cancellation procedure and bear the fees according to Newlandtravel’s regulations. Do not handle the case of contact transfer/cancellation by phone.
Conditions of tour cancellation for weekdays
– Be transferred to other tourist routes 20 days before departure date: No cost.
– If cancelling or changing to other tours immediately after registration from 15-19 days before departure: Tour cancellation cost: 50% of tour deposit.
– If cancelling or changing to other tours from 12-14 days before departure: Tour cancellation cost: 100% tour deposit.
– If the tour is canceled within 08-11 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 50% of the tour price.
– If the tour is canceled within 05-07 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 70% of the tour price.
– If the tour is canceled within 02-04 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 90% of the tour fare.
– If the tour is canceled within 1 day before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 100% of the tour fare.
Conditions of tour cancellation for public holidays and Tet
Applicable to tours whose duration falls on one of the prescribed holidays and Tet
– Can be transferred to other travel routes 30 days before departure date: No cost loss.
– If cancel or change to other tours immediately after registration from 25-29 days before departure: Tour cancellation cost: 50% tour deposit.
– If cancel or change to other tours from 20-24 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 100% tour deposit.
– If the tour is canceled within 17-19 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 50% of the tour price.
– If the tour is canceled within 08-16 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 70% of the tour price.
– If the tour is canceled within 02-07 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 90% of the tour ticket price.
– If the tour is canceled within 1 day before the departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 100% of the tour fare.
*Time to cancel the tour is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Case of force majeure
If the travel program is cancelled or changed by either party due to force majeure (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, epidemic, postponement, relocation, and cancellation or change of the means of public transport or other force majeure events in accordance with the law, etc.), the two parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for the loss that has occurred and shall not bear any responsibility. any legal responsibility. However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the aggrieved party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
